- We use fundamental fitness principles to deliver the Crew group fitness training and personal training. Our fitness training programs cover all the core fitness competencies including cardiovascular fitness and endurance, strength, core stability, power, speed and flexibility.
- We develop and progress all our clients through the Crew six week training program which will help you to improve your ability in each of the above core competencies.
- Our programs include a varied range of exercises and skills including body weight exercises, kettlebells and resistance bands, plyometric exercises, boxing, skipping and running.
- Girls Only Training and East Side Crew Run Club are also offered.
